The Lenfeld’s and Hökl’s days is an international conference that focuses on the safety and quality of food of both plant and animal origin throughout the food chain, including the catering sector. The conference brings together the latest research outcomes and insights from their application and food law in practice. It provides an opportunity to meet experts from scientific and educational institutions, supervisory authorities and the field of food production. The professional part of the conference will be complemented by a meeting with the history of veterinary food hygiene.
