Internship:Bioactive compounds and texture analysis
An internship took place at the Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology on April 7-9, 2019:Bioactive compounds and texture analysis within the project Cultural Heritage of Small Homelands (2018-2020)https://foodheritage.urk.edu.pl/. Under the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, international academic partnerships.
The internship was organized by the Department of Plant Origin Food Sciences. This project was created under the auspices of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange. The main aim of this program is to describe the cultural heritage of the "small regions", which are still preserved in the original animal and plant species in the landscape and represent a unique wealth and value. The project develops long-term solutions with regard to international research cooperation. The aim of the project is to show that the promotion of original elements of cultural heritage can contribute to the dynamic development of new regional products.
